How to track an order
All our customers will be notified about the order dispatch and local delivery can be tracked online provided with tracking code by Aeromotus. International orders will be follow-up by our logistics team to provide information to our customers
Customers should know the country’s labeling requirements and standards. On that score, the customer who wants to deliver goods to another country through the use of our services is responsible for this. Customers should know whether it is legal to send one or another good to a particular country. If the product can’t be delivered because of any reason not related with Aeromotus (custom clearance problems, inconsistency with the low of the country of delivery etc.), the parcel will be returned to us and customer will be charged in accordance to courier company delivery cost.

You should know that all your international shipments can be checked by the authorities of the other country of delivery. For that reason, the information about the shipped products can be required by the customs authorities.
